 No-Show or Cancel with-in 48 hours of tour: You will be charged the full price of the tour, This also includes if you have a voucher.  Must have appropriate documents for your tour other wise the cancellation policy applies.  We reserve the right to cancel or change reservations due to weather or unsafe ocean conditions. 

 To join us on tour you must be 13 years of age. A guardian over 18 must be present to sign a waiver.  

 You must know how to swim. No life vest are allowed except on our shark tours. 

wetsuit are required on all tours.
