Every spring season Leopard sharks begin migrating to the calm waters of La Jolla Shores as the water temperature begins to rise. Snorkeling with these seasonal sharks is an amazing opportunity and couldn't be any easier with this La Jolla Snorkeling Adventure.
Sharks in San Diego peak in summer season. Hundreds of these harmless sharks can be found cruising the shallow sandy flats. They stay close to shore, usually in 10 to 15 feet of water. These beautiful sharks can grow to be three to six feet in length, but their mouth is a size of a quarter, so don't be alarmed!
